Content stored on your device
Selected photos, imported documents, text, saved creations and reminders are processed or stored within the app on your device. The app uses Apple's photo selection interface and does not request access to your entire photo library. Lighting correction, noise reduction, foreground extraction and OCR run on the device. Speech transcription requires a supported language/device and uses on-device recognition. Recordings created inside the app are temporary and are removed when the processing screen closes or transcription finishes. Imported source files remain in their original location.
Saved creations and reminders remain until you delete them or remove the app. The system may include app files in your device backups, depending on your Apple settings. Sharing a result sends it only to the destination you choose through the system share sheet; that destination has its own privacy practices.
Optional AI text processing
Before each AI submission, the app shows the destination and asks for permission to send your reviewed text plus task and language settings. Text travels over HTTPS through our Cloudflare Worker and D1 task database to our magent relay and its configured model service. Original photos and audio are not sent by this request. Text may include personal information you choose to enter. No account login or provider credential is required in the app.
Cloudflare receives your network address and request metadata to deliver and protect the service. Our task database stores a daily salted hash of the network address, task identifier, timestamps and status for daily limits; it does not store the raw network address. These task records are removed once they are older than the previous UTC day, on the next cleanup. We do not use them for advertising or cross-app tracking.
Queued input has a 30-second lifetime and is cleared from the live database when the relay takes it. Completed results have a 120-second lifetime and are cleared when the app acknowledges receipt or cancellation. Expired content is cleared on subsequent requests and by a cleanup scheduled every five minutes. Service interruptions can delay cleanup. A running model request may continue after cancellation, but its late result is discarded. Cloudflare D1 recovery backups can retain earlier database versions for up to seven days under our current plan, so live deletion is not immediate erasure from backups. The relay uses temporary working files for each inference and removes those files when processing finishes. magent and its model service may separately retain request/session history under their configuration and policies. We have not established a guaranteed retention period for those provider records; deleting a creation or cancelling in the app does not erase them. Contact our privacy address for questions or deletion requests concerning submitted content. Only submit content you are comfortable sending to this service. Processing may take place outside your country. Our application code does not intentionally log request text, results or credentials; infrastructure providers may retain operational and security logs.
Permissions and telemetry
Microphone permission is requested only when you start recording; speech-recognition permission is requested for transcription. Notification permission is used for reminders. You can change permissions in iOS Settings. If notifications are denied, the reminder can still be saved without a system alert.
The app contains no advertising or analytics SDK, does not collect an advertising identifier and does not track you across other companies' apps. Apple may supply crash reports and TestFlight feedback according to your Apple settings. Those reports may contain device, operating-system and diagnostic information.
Website and support
This website uses Notion as its selected-page content source and Cloudflare for delivery. Those services receive network information needed to serve requests, such as IP address, request path and device/browser headers, under their respective privacy policies. We do not add advertising tracking to these pages. See Notion privacy and Cloudflare privacy.
If you email us, we receive your address and whatever content you include. Send only information needed to resolve the issue, without passwords or API keys. Ordinary support correspondence is deleted within 90 days after the issue is closed, except information needed for an unresolved dispute or a legal retention obligation.
Your choices
You can decline any AI submission, cancel a waiting task, export individual creations using Share, and delete local creations/reminders by swiping in Space. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal information you sent to our service or support team, or to ask about rights available in your location. Include the approximate time and task type so we can investigate without asking you to resend private content. Provider and backup retention may limit immediate deletion; we will explain any applicable limits. We do not sell personal information.
The service is not directed to children under 13 or the equivalent age under local law. If a child has sent personal information to our support team, contact us to request deletion.
Changes
Material changes will be reflected in this page and its effective date. A change to optional AI processing will require appropriate notice and permission in the app.
