Service and eligibility
These terms apply to 小微AI, provided by Guangzhou Biaojiefu Network Technology Co., Ltd. Use the app only if you are legally able to accept these terms; minors who can lawfully use the app should have a parent or guardian's permission. The service is not directed to children under 13 or the applicable minimum age in your location.
What the app provides
Version 1.0 provides device-based photo adjustments, OCR, supported speech transcription, reading aloud, local reminders, saved creations and optional AI text tasks through the 小微AI service. AI requires an internet connection and permission for each submission. Limited free access is subject to 10 accepted requests per public network address per UTC day, a shared total of 50 per day, and one active request at a time. People on the same network may share an allowance. Accepted requests count even if cancelled or unsuccessful. This version has no in-app purchase or subscription. Availability, model output and third-party services can change.
Photo adjustments do not verify an identity document, guarantee acceptance of an ID photograph, generate clothing or reliably reconstruct missing historical details. Reminders depend on device time, notification permissions and iOS behavior. Do not rely on the app as the only reminder for a critical event.
Your content and acceptable use
You retain the rights you hold in your content. You permit processing only as needed for the features you choose. Ensure you have permission to use recordings, photos, documents and any person's likeness. Respect applicable recording-consent laws and third-party rights. Do not use the app for unlawful activity, harassment, deceptive impersonation, exploitation, or attempts to bypass service security. Never submit passwords or API credentials as ordinary text.
Review AI output
AI can produce incorrect, incomplete or inappropriate content. Review important facts, source quotations, names and dates before use. Text results do not perform an external action or confirm that a task was completed. The app is not a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice. Seek appropriate help for urgent situations.
Third-party services and privacy
The service uses Cloudflare for delivery and temporary task storage, and magent with its configured model service for AI text processing. Third-party terms, data locations and retention practices apply. See the Privacy Policy before submitting content for details of storage, backup retention, provider records and deletion controls.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the app useful but cannot promise uninterrupted access or error-free outputs. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any applicable mandatory guarantees. Keep independent copies of important information.
Changes and contact
We may update features and these terms, with appropriate notice of material changes. You may stop using the service, decline AI requests and remove the app at any time. Apple's standard licensed application agreement also governs the app license where applicable; Apple is not the provider of the optional magent service.
